Rear part of therear derailleur (RD), a gear (teeth) with small tension (usually a per-spring) which serves to chain (chain) tetep straight and not loose.

Front therear derailleur
Is a vital component in MTB bike, front tooth removal function set (chain rings). Better known as FD, is connected directly with the Shifter.

Rear therear derailleur

Rims

Tire

Mountain Bike Ride Risky Hobbies Spinal Injury?

Canada. High speed, vertical path of extreme terrain and the length may make the exercise bike mountain biker mountain aka more risky than football, diving or cheerleading. But the researchers speculate that during the study period 13 years, showed an annual rate of 500,000 events in British Columbia. Amounting to four percent of patients had spinal cord injuries. Two-thirds of the mountain bikers require surgery. Even 40 percent of the worst injuries, ie spinal cord injury. And of that number, more than 40 percent of total paralysis. "Broken wrists and face is the most common. But more severe spinal cord injury, with long-term consequences of a deeper," Dvorak added.

When you ride at night, you need enough lighting. Because of that a lamp will be help you to see your road. Not only front lights you need but also red light in your back is important. The purpose is to be seen by other rider behind you when cycling at night. Many accident happen because another rider or car didn't see the rider because it's very dark.
